WE HAD A SALESMAN COME INTO OUR SHOP TO DEMONSTRATE PRODUCT LINE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH A COUPLE ITEMS SO WE MADE A PURCHASE. ONE OF THE ITEMS WERE A SET OF DRILL BITS THAT WERE NOTHING LESS THAN AMAZING WHEN DEMONSTRATED. ONCE I HAD THE CHANCE TO USE THEM ON MY FIRST JOB REQUIRING THEM, TO MY SURPRISE THE ONES I RECEIEVED WERE POOR QUALITY AND NOT ABLE TO DRILL THRU WHAT I NEEDED THEM TO. IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB I HAD TO USE A SET OF HARBOR FREIGHT DRILL BITS FROM ANOTHER TECH IN SHOP. WHEN SALESMAN CAME BACK TO SHOP ON SECOND VISIT HE CARELESSLY KNOCKED OVER A TRANSMISSION THAT BROKE THE VALVE BODY ON IT COSTING ME $450 DOLLARS PLUS MY TIME TO REPLACE. WHEN WE ASKED FOR A RETURN ON OUR DRILL BITS, SALES REP. CAME IN TOOK THE DRILL BITS TO BE TESTED, THEN CAME BACK AND TOLD US THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM, AND THAT WE ARE NOT GETTING A CREDIT. WE ALSO BOUGHT PENETRATING OIL SPRAY THAT WORKED GREAT BUT CANS SEEMED TO HAVE VERY LITTLE PRODUCT IN THEM AND A LOT OF AIR. ALL WE CAN SAY IS THAT WE ARE NOT HAPPY.
