I have lived in this area for 35 + years
Since the hyatt has opened I have enjoyed taking my grandkids there for alittle get away several times a year
This weekend was a special time it was my grandsons birthday so myself and family and friends wanted to celebrate his weekend at the Hyatt
This weekend we were treated extremely disrespected and was not a great experience as it has been in the past I dont know if we will go back that's how bad it was
Everyone that was with us and we all were guest of the hotel are business owners in Estero Bonita Springs area so word will travel
