I only put one star, although it should be 0, My casino host referred me to call Harrah directly as her office was closed already, so I called directly to speak with the other duty host at the casino, was informed I can't talk to he/she because I wasn't assigned to one, so because of this incident I will never ever go back to this disrepectful casino again, really you want good reviews but your customer service is the worst and your rooms have bed bugs, the food is terrible seems as if it's been around all week and re- heated just terrible, if people are considering this hotel and casino you might want to think twice, and consider Valley View/Pala where your treated with respect
