I had the great pleasure of working with Avenir Mortgage Planners to help finance my very first home. I was terrified to start the process as a first time home buyer, afraid that my ignorance would leave me vulnerable to mistakes. On a single income, I didn't think I would be approved for a home, but the guys did a great job to find the perfect program to meet my needs. Greg and Brent were extremely patient and walked me through every step of the process.
