I have been a customer of many jewelry stores (including Tiffany's) and have not had a better experience than I did here. It was well worth the 4 hour drive. Troy was patient, informative and very honest. (Yes, this lady knows a bit about diamonds and quality but I didn't let Troy know). He didn't try pushing anything on us (even though we could afford to buy what ever we wanted in there). Troy listened to us. He treated us like we were the only customers there even though they were packed as it was Mother's day weekend. He even made sure I got to wear my ring home the same day! (I wear a size 3 ring. No one has ever been able to offer that service).
We also got to meet Julie. My impression of her, from their commercials, was WAY off base. She was very sweet, down to earth and prettier. I would have been intimidated by her if she hadn't treated us like family (the family members you like).
We will do all of our future jewlery purchases there no matter how far we have to travel.
