Not enough escalators. This seems like a ridiculous problem but it shouldn't happen. There are only four elevators that service the entire building so traveling between floors can take 5+ minutes. The hotel itself is pretty good quality and there are plenty of thing to do such as the air and space museum nearby and Washington DC a short drive away but waiting for the elevators really ruined the atmosphere and experience in general.
