Is it a 3-star campsite?

Is it a 3-star campsite?
- The staff are not friendly.
- The hygiene of the toilets and showers is poor. The lady who was doing the "maintenance" of the showers saw us arriving and closing part of the showers when we wanted to take one. There was no hot water.
- The maintenance of the exterior is not done regularly.
- The "Resto": the food is good. But the service leaves much to be desired. We waited half of the meal to have mayonnaise (after several requests)
- The price of the night is not at all up to the services.

-> The only positive point is the access to the dune from the campsite.
