At 1st I was pleased with comcare. After a few weeks it all started heading down hill. My lithium levels were messed up I ended up with Lithium Toxicity. When they failed to update my chart properly with proper address and phone number ; it became my fault they couldn't get ahold of me via phone to refill my scripts. I record all my phone calls and will be making sure I handle this unethical way of treating patients with psychological issues. They nurse even hung up on me. Yes I may have been a little irate but something that could've been avoided if they had taken care of things properly in the 1st place. The nurse even had the audacity to say if I have a breakdown from withdrawals of my medication it would be my fault. How so being that they never updated my information correctly. I am appalled and even after meeting with Dr. XU who was extraordinary BTW I will be seeking my psychological care elsewhere and looking into a malpractice civil suit with Comcare. Don't go here. Go somewhere where the doctors uphold to their oaths and actually care and ate healers. Have a blessed day
