Booked 2 nights and paid, on arrival has to wait 1...

Booked 2 nights and paid, on arrival has to wait 1 hour for my turn to check in. And when I finished at the front desk I was given a wrong key card.no valet no one could help me with my bags. But the staff of front dest were paitiant and professional. This feedback is directed to the management to improve.
