I purchased a used vehicle from BMW of Nashville and, while I was happy with the car I received, the service I experienced from the sales staff and administration has been poor. I had an appointment to view the vehicle I was interested in and the sales person I was supposed to meet with was not available when I arrived. On it's own, this was not a big deal but it turned out to be an indicator of poor processes. When I went to purchase the vehicle, I was forced to wait two hours to complete the process and I didn't even have to go through the process to finance the vehicle - I was paying with cash. Overall, I looked at one vehicle at the dealership and was there for over three hours with the majority of that time spent sitting around and waiting. In the process of completing the purchase, the dealership added an additional $300 charge for a GPS location device that they installed on the car to keep track of inventory. When I asked to have it removed as I did not want to pay extra for it, they told me they wouldn't do it and I had not choice but to pay for something that was obviously installed for the dealership's benefit and not my own. Next, I purchased the vehicle almost two months ago and have yet to receive the title in the mail. My calls to the dealership to figure out why I have not received the title have gone unreturned and the sales rep that sold me the vehicle does not know anything about the process. At this point, I have no idea when or if I will receive the paperwork. Finally, I assumed the dealership would sell me the vehicle with all parts in good condition. After driving the vehicle for less than a week, I had to replace one of the tires because it was worn out. The dealership told me they would reimburse me for that but its been two months and I have not received any payment. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership again.
