We made a reservation last week and asked the person if it was ok for us all (4 of us) to use our groupons. We were told this was ok.

Went to dinner and again asked the server if it was ok. Was told again it was.

After eating we give the waiter our groupons and he tells we can only use 2 of the 4. We then had to ask for a manager as we had asked TWICE if it was ok. Manager AND server said that this was a COMMON mistake and refused to honor it. We finally got the manager to give us the other two at "face value" and ended up having to pay $100 extra we hadn't expected or been told about.

Poor business model. Honor what you tell your paying customers and if this is a common problem, INFORM people ahead of time. We will not be coming back.
