We stayed here for two weeks in June. The room was very clean and well-serviced. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had some minor issues with the bathroom but they were taken care of very quickly. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the MTR, different bus lines and "ding-ding" (trams).

There is a construction site across from the side street (Landale St.). Noise started around 8AM. No construction noise after 5PM or. Try asking for rooms facing Hennessy St. if you plan on sleeping in.

One word of advice: it is less expensive to book it directly on the hotel website than via travel websites. We learned it the hard way.
