Great experience, Steve L was awesome. As a woman I was a little skeptical about walking to a dealership, shopping for a new car by myself. When I walked in to the Audi Plano dealership on 10/18/14, I had the best experience ever .earlier that day I walked in to David McDavid Acura but the service was not nearly as good.

Steve was remarkable, previously, I was communicating with him via email and he answered all my questions he was very knowledgeable about the products being offered. He was also very respectful and showed great patience. He kept me updated about new offers and incentives. Even when I considered looking elsewhere he assured me that he could work with me to get the best possible deal.

When I walked in there on Saturday, it was very busy but I was not rushed through the process neither was I pressured to make a decision. He went back and forth to his manager (who was also awesome) trying to see if they could work with my offer. During the test drive he explained everything and showed me how the system works, such as how to connect my Smartphone, media player etc. I was very impressed and knew right then that I have to get this car. He also showed me around and informed me about the free car wash service.

Two days later I made a decision and was able to get the same deal. Even after I got the vehicle he still kept in-touch. He let me know that he is still available to answer any questions I have about my new car.
