Do not and I mean do not purchase any furniture from Ashley. They are the world s worst. I purchased a sectional sofa online recently. I did the drop off delivery in which I unwrap and set up sofa myself. I took the plastic wrapping off the sofa and found a large tear towards bottom of sofa. I unwrapped the chaise and found a hole in top of the chaise exposing the frame. I immediately called their customer service was placed on hold for about 30 min then automatically hung up on. I called several times throughout the day only to have the same thing happen each time. I did the Ashley virtual text only to be told someone would contact me which they never did. I have emailed them as well with no response from them. I emailed the delivery company and was told someone would contact me. Still waiting.... it s been three days now. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute and reverse the charges. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I now have damaged furniture sitting in my living room that I can t use. Their customer service sucks.
