P2EB FEB UGM is not professional. Canceling tutori...

P2EB FEB UGM is not professional. Canceling tutoring the day before the tutoring program starts because of the lack of quota without giving an option to those who have paid tuition fees in full. Refunds are not immediately made and even have to wait up to 2 months. Totally harmful and unprofessional.
