Kept getting delayed because of paperwork. Now this, then that. Couldn't just get it all done at once. Always seemed like there was another piece of paperwork to fill out or sign before getting the clear to close. Did not work with us due to our being over-the-road truckers and being home only once every 3-4 weeks. Did not feel like they cared about making us feel good about our experience. Would have switched to another company if not for the fact we had done so much already on a house we wanted.
