I had high hopes for the EMP when I visited for the first time last month. While the building itself was amazing and I really enjoyed the guitar collection and the Nirvana and the Jimi Hendrix exhibits, I was a little let down by the rest of it.

I thought the upstairs interactive area was a bit too kids oriented. I also felt like the sci-fi and fantasy exhibits were a bit out of place for the name of the museum. Also the ticket price for the museum was a bit higher than what it's worth.

Overall it was a decent museum but probably not worth it for the ticket price.
