I was a very good tenant until I started complaining about a leak four years after living in my apartment in N103 my rigs had to be cleaned and sheet rock was painted over after the upstairs client left water on in the tub, another incident water leakage and ax unit leakage on my thanksgiving dinner. I was moved to another unit and L203 already had damages and I addressed it to new management team whom was very disrespectful overall I was charged for damages on both apartments and I wasn t satisfied I lived there five years and on my credit is 1300 damages for an apartment I moved out of into another apartment on the same property.
