This is the second botched maintenance visit to this dealership. I will not return.
I *love* my Sonata hybrid, and the Hyundai brand. Will almost certainly buy a Hyundai for my next car. I am not a complainer by nature, and pretty understanding and easy-going but my recent experiences have been unacceptable.
After an earlier visit where the oil pan was left loose, and this visit, where my car sat for 2+ days and I had to call them to get any status updates at all, the final result was the problem not being fixed. I will not return to this dealership for service.

Update 4 days later: I am raising my earlier review. Christine on the service team reached out to me. Her professionalism was exemplary, and what I have come to expect from 5 years bringing my business to this dealership and brand. She was very open about their team's struggles with staffing, shortages, and service demand as we come out of COVID. This is my line of business, so I get it. Christine was honest, open, and treated my frustrations with empathy. She was proactive in suggesting ways to make things right and win back my family's trust and business.

This dealership had what I see as a temporary situation, and my recent service experience was unlike the previous years. But they were honest about it and did their best to make up for it. Disappointing service bobble got them one star from me. Their recovery was a five-star effort. No doubt.
