Absolute joke, we had an appointment for 5 o'clock, at 5.20 I rang up I got told they would be 5 minuets late as there was bad traffic, we waited till 6 pm after ringing loads, knowone turned up there phones were not on, so I had waited with my 9 month pregnant girlfriend in the cold for nothing.....
