Ordered two bar stools to be delivered to match my...

Ordered two bar stools to be delivered to match my existing bar stools. So far: first time it was delivered they weren't assembled like they were supposed to be. Not that big of a problem so we put them together ourselves. After putting together noticed they didn't match existing bar stools at all. Mistakes happen so we called and we're told two new ones would be delivered. Two weeks later they were delivered and again those two stools didn't match. Second mistake started to have us question Homemakers organization. I said we should just take them back and request money back. My mother felt confident they would get it right this time. I just walked in to my house to two new bar stools that were delivered to my house where they could clearly see they didn't match the existing stools but still thought it was wise to leave behind and not call at all. 3 mistakes in a row (4 counting assembly error) and I would say it's time to cut our losses.
