Walking passed the office earlier today, thought I'd check if they offer immigration advice, pressed the buzzer and was astounded by the tone and language of the person answering the buzzer. He answered the buzzer with hello, I explained I was hoping to come inside to enquire something to which he replied very abruptly "who are you"? Needless to say I lost all interest by now, so quickly offered and explanation and walked off. Do solicitors firms not have to be professional? Never mind eh.
