The room was nice and spacious.. location very close to UM where i had my course at.
However, the parking space is a bit limited as it shares parking space with other building i guess? I saw so many reserved parking labels for other than hotel guests. The lift to the lobby from the parking lot is too small. Can barely fit 4 people especially each comes with own luggage. The staff at the ticket counter at the lobby was also not helpful at all. I had problem with my parking ticket when the machine ask me to pay parking fees even after i validated the ticket. I asked the staff about this then he asked me to go to level D2 at the ticket office to settle that myself. To my opinion, that is not the kind of hospitality you would expect from a hotel like this. I had to insist on him to help me then only he made an effort to check on the ticket. I hope this would not happen again in the future.
Overall, i would probably come back in the future due to its location and cozy room. Just need to improve on the service though. Thanks.
