t is 2019 and they don't know how to run a bus company. Whenever I reserve a seat there is always a couple sitting in my place. Either you have to ask one of them to move or you sit somewhere else (because you are probably a gentleman) despite you had paid for your seat. Either make all seats reserved or none. Stupidest idea in business ever. There is also no water nor any type of service in the bus.
