The first phone rep was not very good or helpful, but the second, named Dakar, was very helpful and followed up to help us connect with our driver. Our driver, Haim, was cordial, prompt, and also a safe driver. It was a long fare - 45 min - but chatting with him made it pass quickly and pleasantly. I would recommend, especially as the fare was about 20% cheaper than UberX, and there was no difference in the end experience.
