We have had our Telsco alarm system for over 21 years. We ve never had an issue with it. Given its age we decided to upgrade it, as well as having a dog that sets it off. Newer motion detectors are better at not triggering for animals.
Every person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, willing to assist and above all pleasant !
The salesperson explained why we should upgrade the system, made suggestions and worked with me so I got exactly what I wanted.
The technician called prior to arriving, was wearing a mask, and went about installing the system quickly and professionally. He the. Took the time to explain how the system and new keyboard worked, not rushing, and willing to answer questions.
Had we not had good experience over our 11 years with Telsco we would not have stayed with them.
I d highly recommend them !
