Specific to the service department. Can I leave zero stars? Appointment was at 9. Arrived closer to 8. Apologized for being early. Was told it wasn t a problem and that I d be out of here in 1.5 hours. Well 2 hours in and my car still hasn t been touched. I asked when I arrived if it d be 1.5 hours from my arrival or from my 9 o clock appointment. I was assured it was from my arrival. If these weren t free as part of my initial purchase I would NEVER return. I d like to say that this was my only negative experience with the service department. However my first visit was the same. Appointments mean NOTHING. Your time means NOTHING to this department
