Unequal and discriminatory practices and unfriendly customer service. The customer satisfaction survey is sent only to selected customers and not according to the principles of random sampling. Researched the most satisfied customers? Hardly. It is not possible to receive and process feedback with professionalism as part of the company's quality management and development work.
