I had the "pleasure" of contacting the Call Center...
I had the "pleasure" of contacting the Call Center 8 times. Four times I promised to come back with information, but it did not happen, I had to call, every time they gave me erroneous information, and the attitude of some of the operators was undesirable. I ordered 31 ACs that I scheduled to install on 8. I promised 5 times, including 7 in the morning that will be delivered on 7 evening, and 7 at lunch I was told that I get to 10. I have made an order before, everything went well, this time they "forgot" to tell me that they do not have the product in stock. Everything has been treated with the utmost indecision. I promise to overlook the future.
