The Sheraton Grand is a nice place to stay when in Phoenix. There are 31 floors, with a nice pool and fitness center on the 4th floor. There is a parking garage on site, with self parking running at $22 per day, but no additional in/out fee. We had booked a room package that had the parking included (handy) as well as a late check out included. We found the best deal right through Sheraton, using the Starwood Preferred Guests membership (free to sign up) aka SPG. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was nicely decorated and clean. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated as well. The beds were comfortable for their size, however the missing star is due to only doubles or kings on bed choices. Room had a mini fridge and safe, easy to set and quiet thermostat and a very nice view of the city. The valets and bellhops (they aren't still called 'bellhops' are they?) were helpful and courteous. We enjoyed out stay and would stay here again.
