I dropped my guitar off on 8/03/12 for warranty and non warranty. Nothing major just normal wear issues. As of 01/22/13 I have still not got the guitar back and now the customer service rep has stopped answering my E-mail, pretty poor overall for any company and especially one like Martin. I suspect since my guitar was a low end model that it has been pushed aside for better models. I am going to try to get through to the owner Chris Martin but that will probably not possible. Pretty poor service and not at all what I expected
