Visited in early December. Attended late at night so wait time was less than 5min and reasonably small amount of people. Only attended the 86th floor and not 102nd.

Tickets are well priced - paid $36 per adult on site. Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The inside of the building is beautiful. The views are absolutely spectacular!

Very cold up top that time of year so warm clothing and gloves recommended.
