When there is a problem with your order, Customer Service will direct you to their automated website instead of taking ownership for their mistakes and trying to help you out. They will cowardly hide behind the curtain of the internet instead of stepping up to resolve their neglect and oversight in a timely manner.
I thought I could save a few dollars by shopping on the internet, but when I ordered a brand new alternator, they delivered an open box part that had been checked back into inventory without being inspected, and was delivered to me with a bent pulley. When I gave them a opportunity to make it right, they refused to expedite any solution, instead directing me to their website and telling me it would be between 3-5 days before I would get my part.
Since my vehicle was down, I turned to my local parts store, expecting to pay more for the same new part, but pas pleasantly surprised when they came back $30 cheaper on the same part and could get it to me the next day.
Do yourself a favor and give your local guys a shot before you buy anything from this company.
