I can t possibly comment on the inside of the aquarium as we never made it in.

The COVID-SECURE status needs not just refining, but overhauling.

The manager, wouldn t even come and talk to our party, or the other disgruntled parties. They were too busy to focus on customer service.

It was pouring down with rain, and a 1hr plus queue. I m not talking of a heavy rain shower, like the sky is open pouring consistently, now I know they can t help the weather.
However, they knew how many people had pre-booked tickets, yet only 1 member of staff checking in guests. 100s of guests outside in the pouring rain with only 1 member of staff.

The staff have stated time slots weren t possible.
Given that a hair dresser, a dog groomer, nhs vaccine service are all capable of implementing time slots is like to think an aquarium on Newquay seafront could manage it.

We left with multiple crying children who were soaked to the bones. They have completely stuffed the re-opening of the venue following the relaxations Covid restrictions.

The manager, he/she cause they wouldn t come and meet with their customers needs re-appointing quickly.
Maybe, washing the filter media would be a more suitable job for someone who doesn t want to interact with their paying guests.

Re-assess the guidance for the venue, respond to customers emails, step up, admit you could have handled this better.

It s also noted after a tank full of similar reviews to this they have now removed the review function on Facebook.
Hiding from peoples opinions will NOT fix your failings.

We have emailed the aquarium directly requesting a refund. No contact has been received from them.
