I would give no stars but I cant. Had a driver in there to unload pipe. While unloading the trailer, the loader dropped part of the load on the aluminum rail and pretty much destroyed it. Foreman refused to speak with our office, said they were not responsible for any damage to aluminum trailers. Tried to contact upper management. They never returned my call. I will never do business with company again. On top of it all, it was nearly a 5 hour wait to offload... With the cost of repair to the trailer, this wasn't worth the trip...
