Honestly after dealing with these guys for 2 years...

Honestly after dealing with these guys for 2 years we have decided to part ways. Some staff members there are knowledgeable but for $32.50 every time they send you an email its not worth the effort. You need to be very vigilant checking your invoices as they will send you a bill for fixing up what they should have done the first time.

Our internet went down and we had a bill for approximately $500 of which there was no root cause detailed. In fact if you want a root cause you'll need to pay more. In fact to reset our passwords so we can do our own thing it another $500. They may also blame you from time to time for causing your own issues.

Id suggest looking for a graduate IT person in your business or find a more costs effective and reliable solution. 1 Star is the best I can offer for the whole solution provided by this company.
