I had set an appointment with a lady on the phone ...

I had set an appointment with a lady on the phone about a week out. She was very nice and accommodating and ensured that I would have my RV back within 3-4 hours.

The day of my appointment I called to let them know I would be about 15 minutes late and spoke to the same lady. She turned the phone over to an older man, who I assume is the owner, and he asked do you need it back the same day? I said I did and he just kept telling me nope, it ll take at least 4 days. No way. No dealer in town can do that .

When I asked if I could set an appointment for a time when they are less busy, he kept cutting me off and told me to call somewhere else. Extremely rude.

I bet this is a great service center for RVs, but I would rather have my travel trailer fall to pieces than give this guy $1.
