The Sheriff's Office were able to impose a stronger incentive to the debtor than the Bailiff due to the High Court Enforcement.
I found that their communication in keeping me up to date with circumstances was excellent and payment took place generally as the plan was modelled. Where exceptional circumstances occurred, is Covid-19, they allowed the debtor to miss and informed meatball times of the revised plan. Excellent service all-round.
