I have a service appt. today between 11-2 pm. I waited until 3pm and they never called me or showed up. I called them to asked them why? And they told me that they never got a response from anybody. They claimed that they cancelled the appt. because nobody answered the phone. But I never received a call on my home or cell. Very disappointed.
