Just went from my first ever session there, hardes...

Just went from my first ever session there, hardest hour of my life but I was surrounded by great people and trained (1 on 1) with an excellent guy with years of experience who helped me all the way and the teacher was also clear, concise and seriously knew his stuff! Can't wait till my next session!
