💼 The company's website was easy to navigate and had a visually appealing design. However, the overall selection of books was quite limited, and I was unable to find some of the titles I was looking for. On a positive note, the customer service was responsive and helpful when I had inquiries about the availability of specific books. The shipping process, though, took longer than expected, with my order arriving a few days later than the estimated delivery date.
