I recently visited the Us pain & spine institute for my back pain. The doctors there were knowledgeable and provided me with helpful treatment options. However, I felt that the overall communication could have been better. The staff was polite but not very proactive in explaining the procedures to me. Nonetheless, my pain has reduced since the visit, so I am satisfied with the outcome.
