Unexpectedly terrible facilities. Think midwest office space from the 80s.. wall-to-wall carpet, bare walls, no light, cinderblock walls, and an awkwardly long, narrow shaped practice room. The instructors do not assist you in poses ever, they mumble their directions, and speak way too fast. I spend more time trying to understand what was just said by the instructor rather than actually going into poses. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
