Exceptional hotel/events venue. Greeted with a large open plan lobby with bi-lingual staff on hand 24 hours a day. Large airy rooms with large balconies overlooking the main pool. Customer service staff are outstanding, especially Ellis, who gave us a full run down of the best bars, restaurants and clubs on the island and how to source tickets for events where required. An incredibly well operated venue, with consistent high standards throughout all aspects of the business.
