Granite is the worst at customer and technical service I have ever experienced in 30 years of business. They have ZERO live support. It takes them 4-5 hours to call back even though an internet connection is critical to my business and I would say 70% of the time they do not call back at all!
I have no option at my location, but if I did I would have switched years ago!
