I see all these bad posts and complaints, but the complaints are regarding things that are allowed legally for all insurance companies. If you die within the first 2 years of any plan, the law allows the insurance company...ALL insurance companies the right to pull medical records and make sure that the insured(the person the insurance was taken out for) did not misrepresent on their application. It is their LEGAL RIGHT. If you end up qualifying for a limited benefit plan because of your health...you are advised of this at the time that you take out your application...it is the LAW...you have to be advised as to how the policy will pay....maybe if people would take the time to educate themselves more, they wouldn't have to many complaints. No company is perfect, not a single one, but as far as this company being uncaring etc etc....so not true.
