My driver did not speak the same language as me and therefore had a difficult time finding my pickup location (hotel had three different entrances), we couldn't communicate by his phone. He had to have a someone else call me and then translate to back to him. Thank goodness he did eventually find me, and thankfully he was on time. Even with this difficulty, I would definitely use this service again and recommend. Drive was polite and an excellent driver.
