I can't really express how pissed I am with this dealership... Did a simple oil change and left my filter loose. Couple days later I'm 2+ quarts low on oil and they tell me they did nothing wrong... after lots of raising hell they towed my truck and provided me a nissan versa a tiny little car so I missed a day of work... Get my truck back and it's still low on oil and they didn't even take the time to clean the spilt oil.... 4 days later I get to speak with the service manager. Nice guy acted like he cared but didn't get my issue resolved. They did a "free" 60000 mile service and when I had it checked at coastal nissan they said the service wasn't even done... I had my original transmission and other fluids... SAD... Had to trade my truck in buy a brand new one and got it at coastal nissan with no problems... so it's not nissan it's this shop... They lost the sale of a brand new vehicle and every service to go along with it...
