I made a reservation and had to cancel due to some of the people attending contracting Covid. I cancelled on a Monday for a reservation on Saturday. They would only give me a credit to use until the end of the year (which is only August-December). I asked if there was anyway they could honor the credit for a year because that s what other boat rental companies were doing and they said they could not do that for a small boat, such as a pontoon. They said if I wanted to use that towards a party barge then they would honor it for a year but a party barge is double what I paid for a pontoon. Just disappointed in the customer service given the state of this pandemic and all of the uncertainty that comes with it. If I ever look to book a boat in Austin I will not be using this company. I gave it two stars since they responded to my messages and didn t just take my money with zero options.
