FANTASTIC. Stellar customer service. I worked with Josh for both my townhouse and new house purchased. Josh knows his business very well and through simple questions and answers was able to set me up with the best ideal system. I prefer companies with a DCJS license,and their techs are ALL certified.
Here is my scenario, new house and I had a very important business meeting,I just moved in and securing the house was a top priority. Josh did a walkthrough with me, and I gave him my house key to hand to the technician.
I have so much ABSOLUTE TRUST in this company I gave them my house key so they could install while I wasn't even home!!!
Install was clean, any drilling debris was vacuumed up and wiped away clean,attention to detail was precise and Paramount. I had requested a few cosmetic things "if it was possible" ,and the technician took it upon himself to go far and above to make the lines and hardware clean and well put together. My key was left where I asked it to be when I returned home some hours later,again, stellar service.
Call Center Command: the folks that call you if an alarm is triggered. Polite, quick and to the point once you verify who you are via code. Tell you exactly what was triggered and how.
Outstanding Customer Service-Outstanding group.
If you want an affordable,reliable,secure system go with these guys.
I've done security work around the world,in some pretty bad places, of course I'm going to be astringent.
